| Description: |
Master's degree in social Work from an accredited school. NYS Certification & current registration. LMSW required. One year clinical counseling experience in hospice or a health related field required. Experience with grief/loss issues, and with community resources/agency systems needed. Valid New York State drivers license and a car available for use when on-duty.
