| Description: |
Licensed Practical Nurse currently registered in NYS. A minimum of 2 years medical/surgical experience as a professional nurse is preferred; however, one year medical/surgical experience as professional nurse with additional education and/or health related experience to be considered an alternative equivalency. Certification in Hospice & Palliative Care encouraged.
