Home Health Aide

Satisfactory completion of a N.Y.S.H.D. approved Home Health Care training program with a Home Health Aide Certificate. Minimum age of 16, and must be mature, emotionally & mentally stable with experience in personal care & /or homemaking preferred. The ability to read at the 8th grade level, write, understand & carry out directions & instructions. Good communication & interpersonal skills. The ability to record messages & keep simple records. *Full time HHA -Must have a current NYS drivers license & a car available for use. Must be able to provide services to all patients residing in Erie County.
