Support Blue
A specialized home care program for people with a serious illness and their loved ones. Support Blue enables patients to avoid unnecessary hospitalizations and to remain in the comfort, convenience and privacy of their own home. Support Blue is a program for BlueCross BlueShield and Community Blue members.
