CNA

Graduate of high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma & completion of a state-approved certified nurse aide training program. NYS Home Health Aide certification or the ability to obtain this is requirement. Experience in a long term care facility required. Successful completion of supplementary Hospice internal training sequence. Will obtain certification as a "Hospice & Palliative Care Nursing Assistant" when eligible. Must have NYS drivers license & a car available for use when on duty.
